Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


We provide a 15-day return window and a 30-day exchange window. The calculation period starts on the day you receive your package.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


To qualify for return or exchange services, your goods must remain in the original received condition: unworn, unused, complete with all original tags and intact original packaging. You also need to provide the order receipt or purchase proof for verification.

How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

All returned parcels must be shipped to the designated address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].

Once your application is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with detailed shipping guidance. Any items sent back without prior official application will be rejected directly.

Fast Refund Service


After we receive your returned package and complete product inspection to confirm the item is intact and meets return requirements, we will process an instant refund for you immediately after deducting the shipping costs. The refund will be transferred back to your original payment account.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items


Please carefully inspect your goods right after receiving the parcel. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us without delay via biankaka1998@outlook.com. We will assess the problem and provide a proper solution for you.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items


The following categories of goods are not supported for return or exchange:

  1. Perishable goods: food, fresh flowers, live plants and similar products;
  2. Customized merchandise: custom orders, personalized engraved/modified items;
  3. Personal care products: cosmetics, skincare and beauty supplies;
  4. Hazardous goods: flammable liquids, compressed gas and dangerous materials.

Exchange Rules (30-Day Exchange Support)


You enjoy a 30-day exchange period counted from the receipt date of your goods. There are two ways to complete an exchange:

  1. Standard exchange process: Submit an exchange request within 30 days, send back the item after approval, and we will resend your desired replacement item after inspection;
  2. Fastest solution: Submit a return application for your current item. Once the return is verified and approved, you can place a brand-new separate order for the product you want directly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


Regardless of the above rules, if your order is delivered to the European Union region, you hold the right to cancel the order or apply for a return within 14 days for any reason with no explanation required.

Refund Processing Timeline


We will send you a notification once we receive and inspect your returned item, informing you whether your refund application is approved.

If approved, the fund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take extra time to process and post the refund to your account.
