You can return goods within 15 days or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. We will process your refund (shipping fees deducted) within 2 working days upon receipt of your returned items.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Custom goods require extra lead time before shipping. A tracking email will be sent out once your package departs our warehouse. Standard delivery takes 7–18 business days, subject to your region.

Our products are manufactured at their authentic birthplaces, featuring Yixing purple clay teapots, Jingdezhen porcelain, and Hotan jade from Xinjiang. We rigorously select premium raw materials and entrust skilled master craftsmen to handcraft each piece, delivering superior quality at a reasonable, cost-effective price point.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
